Featured Project: Race
Race is a residential improvement project. This 2500 square foot classic home in Denver added 1000 square feet and improved another 1000 to round out this newly refinished 3500 square foot home. This project added a master suite, kitchen, living room, dining room, office and mudroom that make this home easy living. This project also updated the full exterior of the home as well as the properties landscaping!

Pre-construction, design, budgeting and permit work all started in Q4 of 2023

Our team worked with the client to ensure a seamless concept would come together. The client wanted to improve the current living space while updating the character of this classic home.

Permit | 2023.12
We submitted for our permit and prepared to start in on this addition and remodel

Improvements | 2024.01
The improvements began in January and started with the demolition of certain portions as well as the excavation and addition of the new structure!

Progress | 2024.05
The property was quickly dried in from the elements and the full frame out, rough ins and soon to be finishes continued along.

Completed | 2024.07
Race was completed in July of 2024 and left the client with a newly developed home to enjoy with their family!
