Long is an exciting project located in Centennial Colorado. This home was a 4 bed 3 bath home that transformed into a 4 bed, 4 bath, added office and a near 800 square foot add on / transformation. The formerly 3500 square foot home became a vastly improved 4200 + square foot dream home. This property updated the full exterior and interior as well as the property footprint.

Property Purchase | 2024.05
We purchased the property and started in on the initial planning, budgeting and further vision casting of the property.

Concept | 2024.05
Our team got to work quickly on the concept. We wanted to add usable areas like a vaulted ceiling living room, open concept kitchen, walk in pantry, new master suite and a drastically improved areas for kids.

Pre Construction | 2024.05
We built out our design standards along with our permit set and planned to break ground in June.

Improvements | 2024.06
We hit the ground running with our demo, additions and our rough ins!

Progress | 2024.08
The property continues to evolve into something better than the original vision. The full exterior and interior are now updated and going through finishes.

Completion | 2024.09
Long completed in September of 2024 and was a great project!
