Featured Project: Locust
Locust is a residential improvement / redevelopment project. We saw great character in Locust and we believe it will only go up from here. Locust is mid project and will go from a three bed, three bath home to a five bed, four bath home. Locust will have all new interior, an improved open concept, designer like finishes in the kitchen, living spaces and bathrooms and will boast a newly finished 1500 square foot basement. Locust looks onto a beautiful open space and will soon have a new outdoor space ripe for entertaining. Locust was completed in March of 2024!

Property Purchase | 2023.09
We purchased the property and started in on the initial planning, budgeting and further vision casting of the property.

Concept | 2023.10
Our team got to work quickly on the concept. The property was built in 1987 and had minimal updates. Our goal was to open up the space, improve the overall experience and update the full home.

Pre Construction | 2023.10
Our design standards were built out along with our property renderings, architectural / engineering sets and our project timeline . The building plans we submitted to the AHJ and were approved quickly!

Improvements | 2023.11
The inspiration, vision and direction are set (see inspiration photo to the right). The team will complete a full remodel of the entire home which will include all new windows, doors, trim, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, a newly refinished basement and unique touches throughout the property.

Progress | 2024.02
The property continues to evolve day by day into what will soon be a more open and refined space. An example of this is the newly updated living room and patio space. We swapped out the former bay window, tired landscaping and non existent entertaining area with a large 3 bay slider and a new patio. Project completion is set for early March!

Completed | 2024.03
Locust was completed in March of 2024! The property evolved from a 3 bed, 3 bath to a fully updated 5 bed, 4 bath home that is move-in ready!
