Featured Project: Fulton
Fulton was a residential remodel and addition construction project that started in 2022 and completed in 2023 in partnership with Homestead Development. Fulton is located in Greenwood Village Colorado and backs up an emaculate view of the Cherry Creek Reservoir. The home went from 3200 square feet to over 4000 square. In doing so, Fulton added an open concept layout, an additional bedroom and a new and improved 3 car garage.

Initial Vision | 2022.04
The home owners shared their initial vision. They wanted to convert their home into an open concept layout with large windows that capitalized on their great view. Additionally, they wanted to fully update their home which meant all new kitchen, floors, paint and even adding a new and improved 3-car garage.

Pre Construction | 2022.06
With the initial vision in place we introduced valuable resources to progress the project through the design portion of this design-build project. We introduced a trusted architectural / engineering firm while also bringing in the full construction budgeting and schedule.

Site Preparation | 2022.08
The property plans were submitted for permitting to the local AHJ. We phased the project to start early on non permit required items while we awaited permit approval. Upon receiving approval, we demoed the interior and exterior portions of the house to prepare for the addition.

Foundation | 2022.09
The property was going to add nearly 1000 square feet of interior space as well as garage space. This addition required well thought out excavation along with some intentional engineering work around customized helical piers.

Framing | 2022.11
Once the foundation walls had been built and approved, we entered into the framing of the addition. The addition was both on the first and second floor and also accounted for nearly doubling the garage space.

Interior and Finishes | 2023.01
The interior and finishes were coordinated throughout the project with our team and the owners. The owners were keen to get back in their home but also wanted it to look as amazing as possible. We worked hard to balance the schedule with a customized interior finish and feel.

Project Completion 2023.04
We wrapped up the interior as well as exterior finishes. The owners moved back into the property in April and have more than loved the final outcome!
