Christopher was a ground up construction project that started in 2021 and completed in 2023 in partnership with Homestead Development. Christopher is located in Conifer Colorado on a view worthy five acre lot at 9200 foot elevation. The home is 4239 square feet with four bedrooms and four baths.

Land Acquisition | 2021.12
Land is purchased as a ready to develop five acre parcel located in Conifer Colorado. The land came with a driveway, septic and a proposed building location.

Pre Construction | 2022.02
The land was ripe for development, but not prior to the building and site plans were completed. Following architectural and engineering plans, the permit was filed with the local AHJ.

Land Preparation | 2022.05
This property required a newly drilled well along with the excavation that mirrored the new design set. The driveway and other portions of the property were addressed for future development.

Foundation | 2022.07
Following land prep, the foundation was ready to be poured. The foundation needed to be solid considering this project was located on a challenging hill side.

Framing | 2022.09
The property included three stories that spread out over nearly 4300 sq ft. The property was designed to capitalize on the expansive views while creating an open concept floor plan to complement the surroundings.

Interior and Finishes | 2022.10
Interior finishes included windows and doors, insulation, drywall, paint, kitchen, bathrooms and more.
