  • December 2023: Permits were secured, and the groundwork was laid for construction.

  • January 2024: Demolition and excavation kicked off the remodel, followed by the addition of new structures.

  • May 2024: The property was framed, rough-ins were completed, and finishing touches began.

  • July 2024: Project completion! The homeowners received the keys to their reimagined home, ready for years of new memories.
